For casual appraisals we generally do not charge a fee. If your situation is more complex and a professional approach and documentation is needed, our experience and methods are very cost effective. GRADING

The ability to properly evaluate and grade (determine the condition) of coins and currency is paramount to determining it's true value. We view thousands and thousands of items every year and after 40 years in the business, we feel our ability is second to no one. Our staff members regularly contribute to the knowledge of our customers and help them to determine the grades of their material. We also help clients submit their material to the various third party grading services that are available. These third party grading services render an opinion of grade and encapsulate coins for a fee. Once encapsulated, these items are then more easily traded in the market place much like stocks because the third party grading takes much of the mystery out of valuation.
